Struggling with
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)?

Unwanted. Uncomfortable. Uncontrollable.

Those awful thoughts that keep popping into your head. You wish they’d just go away, but no. Not happening.

No matter how hard you try to rationalize things, you just can’t seem to convince yourself that everything is going to be ok.

Relentless, ritualistic compulsion.

Constantly washing your hands. Checking. Checking. Checking.

Rearranging or counting things – because you feel that bad things may happen if you do not? You just want your anxiety to go away, so you can go about your day.

Your time. Your peace. Your control. Your life. GONE.

Sometimes obsessing over things and/or acting out compulsions can take up several hours of your day or even prevent you from leaving your house.

The stress of OCD can leave you feeling hopeless.

But there’s hope.

Attending therapy sessions can be very helpful for treating OCD. However, sometimes working through therapy can be stressful and even seem impossible due to uncontrollable anxiety and distress, which can come hand in hand with OCD.

The combination of medication management along with therapy is the golden ticket for greatly alleviating symptoms of and even overcoming OCD.

Medication and certain OTC supplements can be very useful tools for “taking the edge off” and helping you better manage your anxiety – as well as obsessions and compulsions – while you work through therapy.

My role is to assist you by providing medication management and recommending OTC supplements, if appropriate.

Take back control. Take back your life!

You no longer have to be a prisoner of your thoughts and compulsions. You do not have to suffer through OCD on your own.

You want to enjoy time with your family and friends. You want peace of mind.
