About

It’s all about meeting your needs.

You’re unique. Your background and life experiences are unlike those of any other person. When I meet with you, I keep that in the forefront of my mind.

Some might take the easier route – simply scratch the surface and treat your current symptoms such as irritability, depression, and poor focus, to name a few, but I want to get to the root cause of what you’re experiencing.

I will take the time to listen to you – because I want to learn all about you to know how to best support you. You deserve that. I pride myself on being both compassionate and thorough.

Together, we’ll form a therapeutic partnership, and I’ll do my best to advocate for you every step of the way.

I strive to go above and beyond in providing optimal treatment by focusing on your mind, body, and spirit.

And working with you when you need more.

Therapy is beneficial and the best long-term solution for numerous issues and problems.

However, sometimes, to help you get the most benefit from therapy, situations may call for psychiatric medication and/or helpful over-the-counter supplements.

You may have been prescribed psychiatric medication in the past, or you may currently be taking psychiatric medication, or be at a point in your life at which you’re considering it.

Or, for some reason, therapy may not be an option for you.

In either case, if warranted, psychiatric medication can assist you in getting your life back on track – either temporarily or long-term.

And I can help you with that, as well. Call me!
